Experience a week of immersion into different wellness practices that will leave you relaxed, energized and inspired. The retreat will take place over 7 days near Santa Gertrudis, Ibiza, in a dreamy, luxury villa surrounded by nature. We have an incredible team of holistic practitioners that are ready to create an epic experience. All practices are optional but included in your stay.
What’s included:
· Daily farm to table organic meals prepared by private chef Gina Gorelik @ginamoon trained in holistic nutrition.
· Cooking demos with chef Gina Gorelik and nutritionist Bianca Peyvan @biancapeyvan offering tips on how to recreate healthy meals at home.
· 1:1 Nutrition counseling session with Bianca Peyvan that includes review of labs, a Bioressonance session to uncover potential imbalances, and a personalized post vacation plan.
· Nutrition workshop with Bianca Peyvan.
· Daily dynamic morning movement (yoga or animal flow) with Michelle Berlin @yogishelly.
· Several nights of sound healing, breathwork or meditation with Michelle Berlin.
· 2.5hrs Bodywork session with exclusive osteopath focused on face reshaping, releasing muscles, fascia and ligaments causing imbalances. Optional cold plasma.
· Embodiment and conscious relating workshop with Gina Gorelik.

Deposit and full payment are non-refundable. We understand sometimes urgent matters come up however if you cannot make it, we ask that you please find a replacement for your room. We will do our best to help find a replace on our side however cannot guarantee a replacement is found.
